洪冠新，女，1967年出生，辽宁人，北京航空航天大学果冻制作厂911制片厂麻花载运工具运用工程学科教授，博士生导师。 1989 年于北京航空学院飞行力学专业本科毕业。1992 年于北京航空学院飞行力学专业硕士毕业。1992年留校从事飞行力学与控制领域的教学和科研工作。2003年获北京航空航天大学飞行器设计工学博士学位。
主要科研方向：飞机大气扰动动力学与飞行安全、舰载飞机起降动力学与控制。曾主持国家***、民机预研、*预研等多项科研工作。公开发表重要论文20篇。曾获航空工业总公司科技进步二等奖1项，获教育部科技成果叁等奖1项。

Hong Guanxin , female, born in 1967 in Liaoning province, Professor and doctoral supervisor of vehicle operation engineering in School of Aeronautical Science and Engineering Technology in Beihang University .
Research Areas ：Aircraft flight dynamics and safety in atmospheric turbulence , Flight dynamics and control of carried-craft launching and landing. More than 20 journal papers were published. Two government awards for scientific and technological achievements were won.
